FAQ

Common questions

Can I sign in with a username?

Yes. Use your @username or email in the sign-in form. It is case-insensitive.

Who can post mission updates?

Challengers with an awarded mission can post updates. Comments are open to panel reviewers and mission owners.

Where do I submit Verification?

Open your Profile and submit the Verification form. Resubmission is only available after a failed review.

Why is my payout blocked?

Payouts are blocked when KYC is incomplete or a dispute is active. Check your Profile and Wallet pages for status.

How do I change a team member’s role?

Open the Team page and use the Members section to update roles.

Why don’t I see the Panel Inbox?

Only panel members assigned to a mission can access the Panel Inbox.

What does “locked out” mean?

Too many failed sign-in attempts triggered a temporary lockout. Wait for the timer or reset your password.

Can I refund a mission?

Refunds depend on the mission’s milestone state. Admins can assist when needed.

How do I connect Stripe?

Go to Wallet and click “Connect Stripe”. Complete onboarding to enable payouts.

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes

  • Sign-in supports email or username (case-insensitive).
  • If locked out, wait for the timer or use password reset.
  • Panel Inbox appears only for panel members.
  • Verification appears only after you submit the form.
  • Refresh the page after posting updates or comments.
  • If a mission looks stale, check status and review history.
  • If a payout is blocked, confirm KYC status and wallet setup.
